Welcome to STL Turf Box!
We’ve put together some of our most commonly asked questions to help you know what to expect when you train or rent space with us.

Is STL Turf Box a shared or private facility?

We are a single-use, private facility, meaning when you book a session, the entire space is yours for that time. No other teams, trainers, or athletes will be inside during your booking, except for STL Turf Box staff.
This allows your group to train, run plays, and coach freely without distractions.

Where do we park?

We have 13 designated parking spots in our parking lot.
If those are full, you’re welcome to park along the street, just please be mindful of nearby residents and avoid blocking driveways.

How do we enter the building?

If a staff member is present, the door will be open for you.

If not, you’ll receive a unique door code via email or text once your booking is confirmed.
That code is only active during your reserved time, giving you and your team secure, private access to the facility.

Can I watch my athlete practice?

We primarily leave that up to each coach or trainer’s discretion.
Our training areas are designed to be distraction-free, so we don’t offer sideline spectator space. However, there’s a comfortable waiting area at the entrance where parents or guardians can relax during the session.

What is your inclement weather policy?

Since we’re an indoor facility, we plan to stay open as long as STL Turf Box management deems it safe for travel.
If we do close due to severe weather, we’ll contact all affected teams and post updates on our social media channels.

Do you host private events or parties?

Yes! We love hosting private events, from team celebrations and birthday parties to small-group training or fitness classes.
Email us at stlturfbox@gmail.com with your event details, and we’ll help coordinate the setup and schedule.

Can my athlete bring food or drinks?

We get it, athletes need fuel!
We have vending machines on-site for snacks and drinks, and you’re welcome to bring your own water onto the turf.
Please keep all food and non-water beverages off the turf and enjoy them in the waiting area or outside.
This helps us keep the turf clean and in top condition for everyone.
