Jennewein.

With over 10 years of coaching experience and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification, Nick specializes in turning potential into performance. Training out of STL Turf Box, he focuses on the science of speed, power, and durability.

His evidence-based approach doesn't just make athletes stronger — it builds people who move better, perform better, and stay resilient for the long run.

Every program Nick creates is personalized to the individual. Whether the goal is athletic performance, building muscle, increasing strength, preventing injuries, or creating a sustainable routine — each plan is designed specifically for the client's goals, lifestyle, and ability level.
